American Comedian Bill Cosby has been sentenced to 3 to 10 years in prison.
Cosby was convicted of three counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and sexually assaulting a lady, Andrea Constand 14 years ago.
The court returned a guilty verdict almost six months ago but he was only just sentenced Tuesday after the court denied him bail.
Actor, comedian, writer and producer Bill Cosby was born William Henry Cosby Jr. in 1937.
He won many television awards especially with The Cosby Show and was very popular in Nigeria as a role model for many. But all that’s gone down the drain, he will now be classified as a sex offender for life.
